Noll Daniel is available to individuals and groups for private yoga sessions.
For an individual, a session is uniquely tailored to meet their personal needs. Students who are
brand new to the physical and mental challenges involved in the practice of yoga may feel more comfortable
finding their way with the guidance and hands-on assistance of a seasoned teacher. Perhaps there are specific reasons to work
privately such as injury rehabilitation, handicap challenges or
during and after pregnancy. Maybe the stress of work and career or the fast pace of life will lead one to seek
sanctuary in the meditative environment Noll creates with candles, incence, music,
and a soothing voice. This atmosphere gives students the opportunity to sit quietly while opening
their hearts and minds to clarity and the spirit of beauty, joy and inner peace.
Perhaps a student has been practicing for some time and is seeking growth by being challenged to expand their yoga experience.
This can include a very athletic yoga workout full of push-ups, core strengthening and
balancing postures which require a blend of strength, grace, deep focus and concentration.
Some students enjoy private yoga sessions one to three times weekly,
while others may have a private session to supplement classes at the gym or yoga studio. Noll's goal is
to get the student to be able to feel confident enough to build their own practice which they use
wherever their travels may take them.
Noll has taught corporate group classes at American Express and HBO and Stress Management courses for employees at MTV.
He has also given private group classes before special events such as weddings or performances.
Corporate groups usually prefer the convenience of an at work location, but both class structure and location can be tailored to
meet the specific need of your group.
If you are interested in an individual or group private session,
please contact Noll at the phone number or email address listed below.
The possibilities are endless and no matter what your age, fitness level, job,
belief system or lifestyle, it is never too late to begin.
